At Essex Media Group, I design and produce our daily and weekly newspapers, working closely with editors, photographers, and reporters to bring each issue to life. I handle every stage of the process, from planning layouts and selecting imagery to refining typography and reviewing final proofs. My goal with every edition is to deliver a visually engaging, easy-to-read publication that keeps our communities informed and connected.

Designing newspapers is about telling a story before a single word is read. From bold front-page headlines to clean, organized article layouts, each page is built to guide readers naturally through the news. My approach combines strong visual hierarchy with a clear reading flow, making sure the content is both engaging and easy to follow, no matter the topic.
